RETURNS
We work with only the best quality toy suppliers to ensure that the quality of the products we supply is of an exceptional standard. In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or you wish to cancel your order we are commited to resolving the issue quickly and efficently.
Faulty Products
All our orders are checked before dispatch and are packaged well to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your items are delivered faulty we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this. We will ask you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged goods to enable us to process a claim with our delivery agents.If your items develop a fault after you have purchased them please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review and resolve the situation.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so within 7 working days of receiving it. Simply contact us to get a returns authorisation number and return the product to us within 30 days of receiving. So long as the product is in a resalable condition with packaging still intact and reasonable care has been taken when handling and returning the product we will refund the cost of the returned item within 30 days.
You should be aware that once your order has been dispatched we are unable to refund the cost of additional services purchased including personalised services, gift wrapping, gift card and enhanced delivery options including Next Working Day or Express Delivery.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us and any subsequent loss or damage to incurred. We always advise customers to obtain a proof of postage when returning items so that in the unlikely event the item is lost a damaged a claim can be made.
If you are returning an item which triggered a special offer or free delivery on your original order then we will adjust the refund to remove the original saving or discount which no longer applies.
