Payment Security

We take security seriously at Fantasticals, all transactions made through our website are encrypted to protect the security of personal information and payment details provided by our customers. As a further security precaution we are part of the "Verified by Visa" and "Securecard Mastercard" schemes. If you are registered with these schemes then you will be taken to your card issuers website and asked to verify your payment as part of our transaction process. Payment Methods

All orders from UK residents through our website are proccessed in conjunction with Lloyds TSB Cardnet and Protx card payment services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta Cards. Payment for orders from non UK residents will be processed via Paypal.

Prices and Taxes

All our prices include UK VAT charged at the normal rate of 17.5%.

Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.
