Payment and Security

We take security seriously here at Fantasticals. All transactions made through our website are encrypted to protect the security of personal information and payment details provided by our customers. In addition our Fantasticals is a PCI compliant business, meaning that our site has been certified secure and that we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that personal details given to us through both our website and over the phone are dealt with in compliance with the PCI security standards council's regulations.

As a further security precaution we are part of the "Verified by Visa" and "Securecard Mastercard" schemes. If you are registered with these schemes then you will be taken to your card issuers website and asked to verify your payment as part of our transaction process. Payment Methods

All orders from UK residents through our website are processed in conjunction with Lloyds TSB Cardnet and Sage Paycard payment services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta Cards. Payment for orders from non UK residents will be processed via Paypal. Prices and Taxes All our prices include UK VAT charged at the normal rate of 17.5%. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.

Invoices

If you are ordering on behalf of an educational organisation or business then we can invoice you direct. You can raise a purchase order on-line, however you will need to notify us once your account has been set up so that we can enable purchase order creation on your particular account. Alternatively you can place an order over the phone or via email.

Privacy

The information we collect about you when you register is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. We only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Email Policy

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam), We will not send out any unsolicited emails, neither will we pass on your details to any third party without first gaining your explicit consent. If you have chosen to receive our newsletter or have bought from us previously we may email you from time to time with news about www.fantasticals.co.uk, which may include promotional offers and details of new products. All emails give the option to be removed from our email list, you can also request to be removed at any time by contacting info@fantasticals.co.uk.

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or share your wishlist, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We do not store this information and use it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.
