Delivery Information

All Fantasticals orders are dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day if an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The majority of orders are sent first class and should be received within 2 working days, however our standard delivery service may take up to 5 working days in some cases. If your order is urgent then we do offer a next working day service which we will guarantee for all orders placed before 11:30am.

Please note that our next working day delivery service does not incorporate Saturday and Sunday as we cannot guarantee deliveries on these days. Therefore orders placed before 11:30am on Friday using the next working day delivery service will be delivered on Monday and not Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend using the next day delivery service will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Delivery Cost

Fantasticals delivery costs are dependant on the value of your order and the type of delivery service you require.

*The UK Highlands and Islands delivery charges apply to the following postcodes, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH17-PH50, PO30-45, TR21-25 and ZE. There maybe additional postcodes that may incure an additional delivery charge other than those listed above, if this is the case we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Address

If your order is intended as a gift and you need to send it to a different address or it would be more convenient for your order to be sent to a work address then you can change the delivery address when you checkout your order.

Delivery Security

Please note that in order to ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.

International Orders

We welcome International orders and regularly deliver toys to America, Canada, Australia and the rest of Europe. If you wish to place an order from overseas then please contact us and we will be happy to supply you with a delivery quote. Destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duty. Import duty is not included in our prices and is the responsibility of the customer.
