Fantasticals Performance

What is your average customer spend?
Fantasticals customers typically spend £53 per transaction, our products range in price from £1.99 to £3,999.

What is your conversion rate?
Our conversion rate is 2.65%, in the run up to Christmas this increases drastically as you would expect.

Will I get commission if a customer places an additional order?
Fantasticals benefits from a high degree of repeat custom and yes so long as the additional purchase falls within the 90 day cookie duration you will receive commission on subsequent orders.

Are all your products included in the program?
We have to exclude all outdoor play equipment from the main program as the margin on these products means it is not viable to offer 7% commission on these products.

Affiliate Payment

How do you calculate commission?
Our commission is calculated on the total value of the item including VAT but excludes delivery. This is important when comparing merchant programs as some merchants calculate commission after deducting VAT and therefore the real level of commission is lower than a merchant that includes VAT.

How will I be paid?
Commission is paid monthly on the first working day of each month. You have a choice to be paid by cheque, bank transfer or through PayPal.

How long does it take to authorise transactions?
Transactions are authorised within 10 days, this ensures that we do not pay commission in the unlikely event that a transaction is fraudulent or returned.

I am VAT registered, how does this affect my payments?
If you are VAT registered then you have the option to add your VAT number in the affiliate control panel. VAT is then applied to your commission invoices at 17.5%.

What is your minimum commission payout?
We have a low commission payout minimum of £20, if your commission earned in any one month is below this then we rollover your payment to the following month. In addition affiliates have the option to increase the minimum payout threshold in the affiliate control panel.

How can I track my performance?
All affiliates will be granted access to our affiliate control panel and can track sales and performance in real time.

How can you ensure that my referral sales are tracked correctly?
We want to build up good relationships with affiliates and appreciate that accurate referral tracking is paramount. We therefore use the latest software to ensure every referral is tracked and recorded by IP address and use of cookies. In addition our affiliate CP provides tracking reports.

Affiliate Support

What creative do you make available?
We have a wide choice of banners and deep link options that can be used to promote our site as well as our products. We introduce new creative regularly to coincide with site promotions, new products and seasonal occasions. All our creative is accessible from the affiliate CP.

Do you provide product feeds?Yes we provide feeds that are updated weekly to ensure accuracy; again these are accessible from the affiliate CP.

What resources to you provide to help affiliates build CTR and conversions?
We provide performance reports on the best performing products, categories and keywords in. This allows our affiliates to concentrate on the areas with the biggest rewards. These reports are accessible in the affiliate CP.

What information do you provide to help affiliates better understand your company and products?We provide a number of guides that give information about our products, services and suppliers. We also regularly create articles on subjects related to our customer profile. These reports are accessible in the affiliate CP.

How do you communicate with affiliates?
We see clear and timely communication with our affiliates as key to the success of our program. New promotions and product launches are communicated well in advance via email. We also use email to communicate new creative, updated product feeds, affiliate incentives and affiliate performance (you can control this in the affiliate CP). We also have an affiliate forum enabling our affiliate network to interact, share best practice and provide feedback to the affiliate manager. In addition we also have a monthly newsletter and blog which is consumer focused but may be useful to affiliates. What type of site promotions do you run?
In order to keep our conversion rate high we run themed promotions on a monthly basis. These range from flat discount across the store, discounts on categories, discount on order value, free delivery and voucher codes.

How do you reward super affiliates?
We want to reward top performing affiliates we therefore offer a additional 2% bonus for super affiliates. To qualify as a super affiliate you must generate sales of £1,000 during the previous month.

Do you offer a bonus for recruiting affiliates?
Yes, we are always keen to grow our affiliate network. You will earn a bonus commission of 10% on the commission earned by an affiliate you have recruited.

Do you have any PPC restrictions?
We try to keep to red tape to a minimum and like our affiliates to work free of restrictions however we do have restrictions on PPC. No bidding is allowed on the Fantasticals brand name or any variation on this.

Who can join the Fantasticals program?
We are looking for well matched affiliates who we can build up relationships with which lead to a mutually profitable partnership. At the same time it is imperative that we protect our brand reputation and ensure that potential affiliates are right for us.

How do I sign up?

We will take a look at your website/s and if we fill you are suitable for our program we will set you up with a username and password for our affiliate portal within 24 hours. You can then register for instant access to our affiliate control panel and begin work to start earning commission right away.
